How are payments processed for my membership plan?

You choose the payment style that works best for you. Pay once a year and save, or spread payments out monthly. For convenience, you can set up auto-pay from the account of your choice.

Can I upgrade my plan if I decide I need more care?

Absolutely! If you’d like to upgrade, you can do so within 30 days of joining to make sure you’re covered for everything you need.

How long am I covered?

Every Shine Club plan lasts 12 months, and you can start anytime. There are no waiting periods, so your benefits begin the day you enroll.

Will you remind me when it’s time for my auto-renewal?

Yes, we’ll send you a reminder when your plan is set to renew. Plans automatically renew every 12 months, making it easy to stay on track with your care.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your membership automatically renews each year unless you let us know in writing 30 days before your renewal date. If you cancel mid-year, we’ll review the services you’ve used, apply our standard fees, and refund any remaining balance or invoice any difference if needed.
