Both our in office chairside treatment and at home wireless treatment are exclusively sold at Best Natural Smile and consist of proprietary professional strengths of hydrogen peroxide. Our in office treatment retails for $499 and our at home treatment for $350.

Yep, we will let you know. Your plan will renew automatically every 12 months. We want you to use your services to stay super healthy.

Our dental plans will automatically renew each year on the anniversary date of sign up, unless you provide notice 30 days prior to your renewal date. If you want to cancel during your 12 month membership, not a problem, please provide a written notice 30 days prior to your next billing date.

If your cancellation notice is provided prior to the expiration of the annual renewal date, Best Natural Smile will determine the cost of your prior dental services according to our usual and customary fees charged in our office . They will then be deducted from any of your payments during your plan year and any credit will be refunded to the method of payment on file or by way of check. Any deficiency will be charged to your debit card, Bank ACH or credit card or will be sent by invoice.
